FMC Introduces™ Chariot Insecticide to Florida Citrus Growers

PHILADELPHIA – FMC Corporation introduces Chariot insecticide, the newest member of the FMC Florida citrus portfolio. Chariot insecticide provides citrus growers with excellent control and faster knockdown of psyllids adults, nymphs and adult leafminers.

“Florida citrus growers now have a convenient, effective and economical approach to controlling key pests,” said Bob Leifker, FMC Agricultural Products Group product manager. “Chariot insecticide provides Florida citrus growers with improved psyllid knockdown, residual control and overall citrus quality.”

Chariot can be used in ground or air applications and tank mixed with fungicides and foliar nutritionals. It’s an effective choice for citrus crops, including: grapefruits, kumquats, lemons, limes, mandarins and oranges, among others. It provides complete citrus protection from dormancy to harvest.
