FMC Adds Product Manager


PHILADELPHIA – August 17, 2012 – FMC Corporation announces the hiring of Timothy Thompson to the role of product manager, a member of the Agricultural Products Group North America Crop marketing team. In this role, Thompson will drive the preemergence herbicide strategy and lead activities associated with AnthemTM and AnthemTM ATZ herbicide brand launches.

“In an effort to continue to grow the North America Crop business, we welcome Timothy to the marketing team,” said FMC Director of Marketing John Kasper. “His experience has prepared him well for our mission to create and grow value-added brands and services.”

Thompson’s previous employer was Bayer CropScience, where he served in several roles including sales, marketing and customer service for more than 23 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and he began in this position with FMC Corporation on Aug. 1.
