FMC Corporation Promotes Randy Young as Midwest Regional Business Manager in NAC Agricultural Products Group

PHILADELPHIA, PA – September 8, 2010— FMC Corporation announced the promotion of Randy Young to the position of Midwest Regional Business Manager in the company’s North America Crop (NAC) Field Sales Group, Agricultural Products Division. “Randy has a diverse set of skills and experience with proven results in the crop protection business,” says Frerichs. “He brings demonstrated sales and marketing acumen for the Midwest market that will help grow the FMC corn and soybean segments.” Prior to joining FMC, Young worked for Rosen’s, Inc., as the vice president of marketing and initially as the director of strategic planning. He also held various positions with American Cyanamid covering a 13-year career with the company. “FMC is positioned to grow in the coming years,” says Young. “I am excited to be a part of that growth and aligning the Midwest market to meet the needs of our customers.”
Young first joined FMC as a Strategic Account Executive in 2008. Mark Frerichs, North America Sales Director for FMC Corporation, says he brings a high level of energy and a professional approach to the position.
Young earned his Bachelor’s of Science in agribusiness from Northwest Missouri State University-Maryville.
Young will be based out of Council Bluffs, Iowa, where he and his wife Pam, and sons, Kyle and Seth currently reside.
