FMC Promotes Foster to Strategic Accounts Manager

PHILADELPHIA – July 9, 2013 – FMC Agricultural Products has promoted Matt Foster to strategic accounts manager for its Commercial Business Unit (CBU). In his new position, Foster will focus on leadership of the strategic accounts team and direct customer interaction. He will meet with both groups to reinforce the distributor aligned, retail-focused strategy of the CBU.

“Matt brings together great business acumen and insight with a real understanding of our products and customers,” said John Kasper, FMC Agricultural Products North America commercial director. “His leadership, most recently with the Authority® brands, brought strong growth for products. I am confident that he will continue that success with the CBU team.”

An MBA graduate of Tulane University, Foster joined FMC in 2007 as an assistant regional business manager and then was promoted to midwest regional business manager, before more recently becoming soybean segment lead. He has previous work experience with Agrilliance Prosource One, where he took on a number of sales, marketing and communication responsibilities, and later operational duties as mid-south manager.
